About the Speaker:

Scott Beale is an international social entrepreneur and former U.S. diplomat, now working as an Executive Coach focused on mission-driven leaders -particularly CEOs, senior leaders, and individuals navigating major transitions. Most recently, I led global operations for the U.S. Peace Corps, managing 2,500 staff across 64 countries. Before that, he founded Atlas Corps, a leadership development fellowship that grew into a network of 1,100 global leaders from 110 countries. During that time, Scott was twice named one of the top 50 nonprofit CEOs in the U.S.

He has also built a LinkedIn following of 42,000+ over the past 20 years and is currently writing a book, The Leader’s User Guide, which helps executives communicate more effectively with their teams.
