A great technique I teach my clients before they have to perform (public talk, interview..) or if they lack self-confidence.
How to use it?
2 minutes in high power pose makes your testosterone rise significantly and cortisol drop significantly. 2 minutes in the low power pose does the opposite. And this study was done in a room alone (no impact from other’s feedbacks).
A study shows that doing a power pose before you go into a room does change your performance. Before you go to an interview, if you look at your phone, you make
yourself small instead of focusing on
powerful poses and mindset.
