One of the very first tools I use for entrepreneurs. My client draws their wheel grading for each area, the perceived skill level today vs targeted level.

How to use it?
By looking at a visual representation of all the areas at once, the wheel helps us to better understand which of the areas need the most work and laser focus on those specific areas and leveraging on the others.
