🎙️ About the Speaker:

I’m Ruby Modare - a former lawyer who has personally experienced burnout.

That experience inspired me to study and research burnout extensively to support my own recovery and to prevent it in the future. I am also a qualified therapeutic yoga instructor, with training focused on using yoga to address stress and anxiety.

Additionally, I am an ICF-trained coach through GoMasterCoach, with a particular interest in the mindset drivers that cause high achievers to push themselves to the point of burnout.
