When I first started my path to become a Master Certified Coach (MCC), I thought credentials were the ultimate destination. But very quickly I realised something else: credentials open doors, yes but what shapes you as a coach (and entrepreneur) is what you do every single day to keep growing.
For me, the real turning point wasn’t just passing the exam. It was listening, learning, and sharpening my skills relentlessly not only as a coach, but also as a business owner.
That’s where podcasts became a secret weapon. They gave me access to the world’s best coaches, neuroscientists, and entrepreneurs right in my ears while walking, cooking, or traveling. Each episode reminded me that growth is about both craft and business: becoming a better coach and building a sustainable coaching practice.
The best coaches are the best learners.
So here are the 10 best podcasts for coaches, leaders, and high performers in 2025, the ones I return to again and again. They’ve each left an imprint on how I coach, lead, and grow my business.
🎙️ 1. The Life Coach School Podcast — Brooke Castillo
Focus: Mindset, self-coaching, building a coaching business.
Why I love it: Brooke was one of the first voices that helped me scale my coaching mindset. She makes personal growth sound simple, yet the frameworks are powerful enough to transform entire businesses.

🎙️ 2. 1 Insight Podcast — Rich Litvin
Focus: One powerful coaching “insight” per episode.
Why I love it: Rich reminds me that silence is often more powerful than speaking. His depth, presence, and boldness challenge me to show up more fully with my clients.
A single podcast insight can reshape the way you coach, lead, or grow.
🎙️ 3. Coaching for Leaders — Dave Stachowiak
Focus: Practical leadership and coaching tools featuring global thought leaders.
Why I love it: Dave bridges coaching and leadership beautifully. It’s one of the rare shows I can recommend to both a new manager and an MCC candidate — and both will walk away with value.

🎙️ 4. The Coaching Crowd — Jo Wheatley & Zoe Hawkins
Focus: Tools, metaphors, and frameworks for coaching.
Why I love it: Every time I listen, I feel like I’m sitting with peers after a training session, exchanging techniques and lessons. It’s practical, relatable, and often exactly what I needed that day.
🎙️ 5. Coaching Real Leaders (HBR) — Muriel Maignan Wilkins
Focus: Real executive coaching sessions with senior leaders.
Why I love it: This podcast is raw and unpolished — in the best way. Listening to Muriel work reminds me that coaching isn’t about perfection, but about creating breakthroughs in real time.

🎙️ 6. The Knowledge Project — Shane Parrish
Focus: Decision-making, leadership, and learning from top performers.
Why I love it: This is where I go when I want to challenge my thinking. Shane’s interviews stretch me beyond coaching into strategy, decision science, and human performance.
🎙️ 7. Huberman Lab — Andrew Huberman
Focus: Neuroscience applied to performance, learning, and wellbeing.
Why I love it: I’m passionate about grounding coaching in science. Huberman gives me the latest protocols on sleep, focus, and habit change that support my clients' transformation.
🎙️ 8. Where Should We Begin? — Esther Perel
Focus: Real relationship therapy sessions exploring trust, love, and communication.
Why I love it: Esther’s intuition and mastery of language are breathtaking. She reminds me that every coaching conversation is, at its core, about human connection.
Start here: Season 1, Episode 4 — The Addict Esther Perel Podcast
🎙️ 9. The Mel Robbins Podcast
Focus: Confidence, mindset, and taking bold action.
Why I love it: When I need a motivational reset, Mel delivers. She combines personal vulnerability with research-backed strategies in a way that feels like a friend giving you a push.

🎙️ 10. The Game — Alex Hormozi
Focus: Business growth, sales, and scaling.
Why I love it: Coaches are entrepreneurs too. Alex’s blunt, practical advice forces me to think bigger and package my offers more powerfully.
Scaling a business starts with scaling yourself.
