Peer Coaching

To ensure you get the best of this peer coaching network, we would like to remind some key rules:

• Coaching can be done with peers in pairs, triads, or groups.
• Partnership: take the time to design the alliance at the beginning of any coaching relationship (even if it is only one session), discuss expectations and confidentiality principles, and be respectful to your peer coach(es).
• Topics: We strongly encourage to pick real topics to be coached on.
• Scheduling: Please be respectful of the timings agreed between you and other coaches.
• Cancellations: If you cannot make it to a session, please let other coaches know at least 48 hours in advance.‍

• Feedback is a gift! Provide honest, direct, and constructive feedback based on coaching competencies.
