Explore how to move beyond coaching frameworks and develop greater fluency, presence, and adaptability in your coaching practice.
Coaching models can provide valuable structure to a conversation. Powerful coaching is not about mechanically following a framework. It is about recognizing what the client needs in the moment and knowing when to use structure, when to shift perspective, and when to simply slow down and stay with what is emerging.
Join us for a practical and interactive session designed to help you move beyond the mechanics of coaching. Together, we will explore how to fluidly choose and apply different approaches in service of your client.
Through live demonstrations, short breakout practices, and real-life coaching scenarios, we will dive into four different approaches: GROW, OSKAR, NLP, and FLOAT.
Every coaching moment is unique. We will explore how each approach supports a different client's need. You will learn to drive clear goals and actions and spark solution-focused thinking. You will help clients shift limiting internal perspectives. Finally, you will discover how to work constructively with deep emotions.
The emphasis is on developing true coaching fluency: choosing the right approach in the moment while maintaining your presence, curiosity, and partnership.
What We Will Explore Together
We look forward to you joining us and learning together!
