Julie is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Solution Focused Practitioner who partners with professionals, managers, and leaders to achieve clarity, resilience, and sustainable performance at work.
She specialises in career development, stress management, workplace relationships, and career transitions - helping clients move from overwhelm and uncertainty to confident, well-aligned action. Her coaching is practical, structured, and results-focused, while creating a safe, non-judgmental space for honest reflection.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing communications across MNCs, SMEs, start-ups, and non-profit organisations, Julie understands the realities of corporate life and leadership demands. Having navigated major disruptions such as the 2008/09 financial crisis, SARS, and the COVID-19 pandemic, she brings empathy to clients facing change and pressure.
Julie’s personal journey through burnout allows her to support clients in building sustainable work-life integration tailored to their unique context so they can perform without compromising their well-being. She integrates emotional intelligence insights to help clients strengthen self-awareness, manage stress, and improve workplace relationships.
She is also a contributing author to Solution Focused Coaching in Asia, where she wrote the chapter “Career Coaching Sessions Using the OSKAR Model”.
Her clients are typically decision-makers across industries including logistics, healthcare, energy, finance, advertising, e-commerce, and the public sector. They value her ability to quickly get to the heart of issues, challenge constructively, and guide them toward clear, actionable outcomes.
Julie has contributed to national workforce initiatives with SkillsFuture Singapore, Workforce Singapore, and e2i, and has held leadership roles with the International Coaching Federation Singapore Chapter. She also coaches with The Humanitarian Coaching Network and Shoolini University.

She was raised in cosmopolitan Singapore and has travelled since a young age to North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Egypt, Rwanda, Middle East and many Asian countries.
