After 18+ years in global HR and Compensation (AWS, AIA, and Franklin Templeton), I founded The Pay Edge to help professionals and business owners negotiate with clarity, speak up without apology, and get paid what they’re worth.

My approach blends deep technical knowledge of pay structures and equity with the coaching tools to help you advocate for yourself - whether you’re stepping into a new role, pricing your services, or navigating a bold career move.

I work with senior leaders, creatives, founders, and high-potential talent across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

I also teach salary negotiation, pricing, and self-advocacy at business schools and universities - because we shouldn’t wait until mid-career to learn how to talk about money.

At GoMasterCoach, I’m part of the core faculty, where I train aspiring coaches on how to build a visible, credible, and financially viable practice. Before that, I helped scale the school globally as COO.
