Her work experience has been predominantly in the Tech industry and she has been fortunate to be involved in various growth and degrowth stages of the companies she's been a part of- corporates and startups alike. She is passionate about people development and thrives on the opportunity to enable people to achieve their potential in their personal or professional lives. On the personal front, Vandana has lived & worked in 3 countries in Asia (Philippines, Singapore, India) and considers empathy, adaptability, honesty, kindness, and authenticity as her strengths. She's also a dog mom of 2 rescued fur babies who've moved with the family from Singapore to India recently!
