Your Coachee just experienced a great change, causing or involving much difficulty, activity, or trouble. For example, grieving, being fired, or suffering from the end of a relationship.

Your Coachee is feeling drained emotionally, exhausted physically and mentally, overwhelmed, unable to meet constant demands and under excessive and constant stress.

Your Coachee wants to find true personal fulfillment. Your Coachee wants to discover more about who he/she is and how to connect to the world.

Your Coachee lacks self-confidence, i.e. doesn’t trust his/her abilities, which can include being timid, self-distrustful, shy, never making decisions and/or self effacing.

Your Coachee is often negative: believes the future is bleak, or that people act only out of self interest, or cannot see the good in people.

Your Coachee has an addiction and doing things with excess – eating, drinking, gambling, drugs, spending, sex, cellphone, work – often trying to fill an emotional emptiness inside him/her.

Your Coachee doesn’t like to rely on others: Strong tendency to mistrust others and/or even refusing intimacy.

Your Coachee prefers to avoid problems and difficult situations by pretending that they don’t exist, i.e. “sticking his/her head in the sand”.

Your Coachee feels stressed out as too many things to handle in parallel and can’t think clearly what to focus on.

Your Coachee spends a great deal of time doing things for other people, forgetting himself/herself. He/she never says “no” and people always count on him/her for a favor.

Your Coachee gets stage fright or anxious when presenting in front of an audience. It can be actual (in person) or potential (for example in front of a camera).

Your Coachee always puts off or delays tasks, even when they require immediate attention. Tasks will often get done very last minute.

Your Coachee avoids directly confronting the issue at hand, changing subject, putting off the discussion until later, or not bringing up the subject of contention.

Your Coachee can’t admit his/her own failures or mistakes, preferring to blame others, so that he/she can escape responsibility.

Your Coachee is striving for flawlessness and setting excessively high performance standards, often overly self-critical and concerned regarding others’ evaluations.
