A very simple and memorable tool to coach individuals and teams with a four-colour model.

When to use DISC?

It is one of my favourite psychometric tools to  coach teams and improve group dynamics. The common language of colour spreads throughout organisation and sticks for years, significantly improving communication and cohesion.

How to use it?

DISC measures your patterns of behaviour: how you respond to challenges, how you influence others, how you respond to rules and procedures, and your preferred pace of activity.
