A good starting point when I have a client looking for more purpose.
Think of all the activities that gives you energy, personally and professionally (the more the better). Pick 3 that are quite different. For each, do a mind-map, writing any word the activity makes them think of; and then reconnect these words with other words. Repeat for each of the 3 activities. Analyse the recurring themes. This shows the "What you Love" of the Ikigai.
