Enneagram

A Personality Test that maps out 9 personality types, highlighting also how we manage our emotions (when in stress or growth).

When to use Enneagram?

I use it with my clients for self-knowledge and personal development, for self-mastery of emotional intelligence, or conflict resolution.

How to use it?

The Enneagram is about self-knowledge and understanding our core drivers, as well as the impact of our experiences, motivations, attitudes and fears. According to Enneagram, we are born with a dominant type and move to our 2 wings when in stress or growth.
