Ikigai

An efficient tool to help you find your purpose.

When to use Ikigai?

I like using this tool when someone is looking for more purpose. We then map the 4 dimensions. For what you love, you can do an energy mind-mapping exercise.

How to use it ?

Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means "a reason for being” or “the reason you wake up in the morning”. The model suggests to find an activity or activities that meet these 4 criterias: you love it, you are great at it, the world needs it and you are paid for it.
