Visualization

A great mental tool to create an image of a future event and achieve your goals.

When to use Visualization?

I use visualization to give my clients  a glimpse of their preferred future, help them “see” and “feel” the possibility of achieving it to increase their emotional involvement and motivation.

How to use it?

  • Once a goal has been set, your coach will ask you to imagine your future self, to visualize your preferred future (vs your default future) and the steps you could take in the process of achieving this goal.
  • This will condition your brain for successful outcomes.
  • Athletes often use visualisation. Studies show that it increases performance by improving motivation, coordination and concentration.
