Wheel of Management

A powerful tool to get a helicopter view of perceived strengths and skill gaps as a manager.

When to use the Wheel of Management?

One of the very first Tools I use for managers. It is a great starting point for a powerful coaching session. My clients assess their own abilities in relation to 8 dimensions of leadership (0 to 10).

Now, where should we focus on?

How to use it?

By looking at a visual representation of all the areas at once, the wheel helps us to better understand which of the areas need the most work and laser focus on those specific areas whilst leveraging on the others.
